The Stages

Review or generate relevant data to clarify the current state of your employee experience (EX)
Prioritize and focus the areas with the biggest needs to remix your EX, leveraging the HEX Assessment
Design
Co-create an integrated EX strategy with employees, leaders, HR and other functions based on the insights gathered in the Discover phase
Develop or revise with your employees and cross-functional teams your employee journeys, policies, talent and culture experiences and tools to elevate your EX
Prototype the offerings with pilot groups to better ensure the desired impact is achieved
Deploy
Redesign any element based on feedback received in the Design phase
Launch into the organization with inspiring and informative communication and execution
Gather feedback and success stories from leaders and employees to inform the evolution of EX strategy and deliverables
